Auditing the Network Repairers
All the Network Repairers are under the direct control of the local Panel Engineers. This allows regular monitoring and feedback on possible problem areas.
UNA keeps a check sheet on which is listed all the problems and successes for each Repairer.
UNA has a full audit procedure, which involves a site inspection of their premises. The audits are kept as hard copies at UNA, along with the check sheets above.
Complaints
Where a complaint is lodged against the Repairer, for quality or performance, the vehicle is check, by the Panel Engineer, who reports back on the issues.
Where the complaint is justified then the Repairer is given one chance to rectify the problem. Thereafter if the Claimant still has a justifiable issue over quality, the vehicle will be removed to a repairer of the Claimants choice and the cost of repair is born by the Network Repairer.
