One Stop Engineering Service
Though UNA has the facilities to carry out a full service from instruction to the completion of the Claim, we do understand that different companies require different interfaces.
UNA is happy to offer either the Panel Engineers or the Approved Repairer Network to our Clients individually, if these reduced services are required.
UNA can act as a Gateway, or One Stop Administrator to it Nationwide Panel Engineers, and using the CaseFlow software, the reporting procedures are unified across the country, thereby making it easier for the claims department to read and understand the engineers reports and correspondence. The CaseFlow software ensures that the correct procedures required by the client are adhered to.
Where the Approved Repairer Network is required without the UNA Panel Engineers the Clients own Staff or Independent Engineers would be instructed by UNA.
In this respect UNA would be prepared to set up and administer a bespoke CaseFlow system for the Client in order to enable him to benefit from the specialist software and statistics packages, developed by UNA.
