Video Image Inspections
On Video Image Inspections UNA works within the parameters laid down and agreed with the Client with regard to Labour Thresholds, Total Repair Value and Percentage of Vehicle Value.
These figures are continually monitored on a regular basis to ensure that the Client obtains the best balance between Savings and Claimant Satisfaction.
UNA is very aware that there is a tendency for Video Thresholds to be lifted with the aim of reducing the turn around time of Claims, however, from past experience, as Motor Assessors, there can be a trade off between speed of repair and quality issues. On these grounds, we will always work with the Client to reach the right Thresholds to match their portfolio, and thereafter continue to monitor the position though CaseFlow's Management Information package.
Working within the above constraints with our existing clients, UNA's turn around time on Video Image Inspections exceeds the expectations of both the Clients and the Approved Repairer Network.
