UNA will always try to assist its Clients, in any way possible.
We have noted in the past that Clients do on occasions require second opinions on the value of vehicles that have been un-recovered after theft.
We will always try to help, and through our Panel Engineers, we should always be able to offer a value, even on the remote occasion when UNA head office does not know.
UNA would also be prepared to offer an Independent Arbitration service to its Clients, where a previous dispute between parties has arisen.
