Regular Communication with the Client and Claimant
In UNA's opinion communication is the most important function within the Management of a Motor Claim. By contacting the Claimant swiftly, we can reassure them that their case is being handled in a professional way, and that the service level that they are going to receive will be fast and efficient. The Claimants receive reassurance from being informed of the expected sequence of events, and having a single point of contact, if required.
We consider this aspect of our service level to be paramount, as in our capacity as Motor Assessors we have past experience of the problems that can be encountered on a straight forward claim simply as a result of a delay in contacting the Claimant at the onset of a claim.
